About FXN Spaces
Doctors Todd Young and Nicodemus Watts founded FXN Spaces in 2018. Our model of a shared office space for therapists was born out of our own need as mental health providers. As we built our own practices, we needed a coworking space that was designed to meet the unique needs of caregivers.
We have a passion for community engagement, mentoring, and helping our colleagues succeed in their practices. Providing a physical space is just one part of that commitment to our local community of therapists and psychiatrists in San Diego.
FXN Spaces is here to meet the needs of therapists, psychiatrists, and other wellness practitioners who are looking for a functional space for their practice. Whether you need a therapy office or a more general wellness space for rent, our coworking spaces are designed for your needs as a caregiver. Leave the physical space concerns of your business to us. We will take care of all the details such as cleaning, repairs and maintenance, sound/noise mitigation, wifi, break rooms and other common spaces, ample parking, ADA accessibility, decor, and furnishings. Count on a positive and friendly community of mutual respect while sharing space at FXN Spaces.
Co-referring to colleagues is a potential benefit of sharing space with other caregivers, but there is no formal structure or requirement to do so, and no guarantee is made for referrals. Our primary objective is to cultivate a community of caregivers who share a background in mental and/or holistic health and who are happy to share space with other like-minded providers.

Our Founders
Nicodemus Watts, MD
Nicodemus Marzette Watts is a Board Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist. He has a solo private practice in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. A descendent of musicians, entrepreneurs, and healers, Nicodemus treasures the opportunity to serve the larger San Diego community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, listening to jazz, and watching Formula One racing.
Todd Young, MD
Todd Benjamin Young is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist who operates a private practice in Encinitas, California. He comes from a family of interior designers and furniture makers, going back at least five generations. Family legend has it that an ancestor was even the furniture maker to the Tzar of Russia many years ago. Todd is proud to combine his heritage and talent for creating beautiful, functional spaces with his psychiatry practice.
